Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Renderfy website, dashboard, and rendering API (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by PINTECH LABS (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you can form a binding contract, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The Service
Renderfy is a stateless API that converts input such as Tailwind, HTML, Markdown, code, charts, diagrams, and LaTeX math into image and PDF output. Access is metered using credits. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your API keys confidential. Treat keys like passwords.
- You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining its accuracy.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or keys. You can revoke a compromised key from your dashboard at any time.
4. Credits and billing
- Rendering consumes credits (for example, image renders cost fewer credits than PDF renders). Current pricing is shown in your dashboard.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
- Renders that fail due to a Service error are not charged; any credits reserved for a failed render are refunded to your balance.
- Where paid plans or top-ups are offered, charges are billed through our third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
- generate malware, phishing pages, or content intended to deceive or defraud;
- circumvent, disable, or overload rate limits, credit metering, or any security or authentication mechanism, including abuse of the unauthenticated guest playground;
- reverse engineer, resell, or offer the Service as a competing product without our written permission.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the input you submit and the output you generate. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your input solely to produce and return your requested output. The Service is stateless: we do not store the content you submit for rendering — it is processed in memory and discarded once the response is returned. We retain only metadata about a request (such as its type, output format, credits charged, duration, and timestamp) for billing and diagnostics.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no right to our name, logos, or marks except as needed to use the Service.
8. Availability and disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD 100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PINTECH LABS is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
