Failed renders are refunded automatically. Credits are deducted at request time and returned if the render errors.
Frequently asked questions
Do unused credits roll over?
No — subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire and are consumed first.
What counts as a credit?
One render request costs 1 credit (PNG, JPEG, or WebP) or 3 credits (PDF), regardless of content complexity or output size. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free tier?
Every account starts with 100 free credits — no card required. That's 100 image renders or 33 PDF renders to evaluate the API before committing.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Renders return a 402 error once your balance hits zero. Add a $5 top-up pack anytime to continue without waiting for the cycle to reset.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — toggle to Annual above to see the discounted prices (20% off, equivalent to 2 months free). Annual plans are billed once per year.
